Please be sure to include a clear subject line when emailing us.  Apart from helping us efficiently respond to your email, we have observed that emails which are flagged/junked as spam by our servers often have poor subject lines.  Bad subject lines include single words: "Hi", "Photos", "Price", "Quote" and blank subjects.

We aim to respond to emails received within three days (excluding weekends and holidays).  Occasionally a reply may take  longer especially if something needs to be checked first or if we are very busy.

 If a reply is not received, please check your junk/spam email folders in case our reply has been misdirected there before resending your email - adding (RESEND) to the subject line.
